Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope This agreement is between Duygu Ulutürk, the provider of the Minilu app ("App"), and the user over 18 years of age ("User"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. 2. Nature of the Service Minilu is a personal assistant designed to help parents easily track their baby's daily routines. No feature, calculation, or report within the App constitutes professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must always consult a physician for any decisions regarding your child's health. 3. Premium Subscription and Pricing Minilu's core features are free. Family sharing, PDF report sharing, and managing multiple children are part of the Premium subscription. Plans and prices: In Turkey, ₺99.99 per month and ₺699.99 per year. In other countries, $9.99 per month and $49.99 per year. Outside Turkey, you are charged the amount Apple sets for your country, in your local currency. Free trial: New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan is charged at the end of the trial. Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the charge is billed to your Apple ID account. Cancellation and refunds: You can cancel at any time on your iOS device under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Because purchases are processed by Apple, refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. Price changes: If prices change, you will be notified before your next renewal. 4. Account and Content Security You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of the information you enter. You can terminate your account and delete all your data at any time through the App settings.
